The app reads the kind from the pictures — a graded slab or a raw card — and fills it in by itself. This app is for cards only — raw cards and graded slabs. Nothing else is listed here.

If this is checked, the title and details say Possible — the app never prints an SSP or case-hit claim as fact unless it is proven.

Crystal facts
Height, Weight, and Length are part of the picture set — a crystal missing any of them is INCOMPLETE. Weight also picks the crystal shipping policy (under / over 8 oz).

AI written is the standard. Pick "Write my own" to use your own words instead — switching back to AI written rewrites it from the facts. Never type a web address (write "CGC website", not the address) and never the banned phrases. The checker watches for both.

Pictures
Every picture gets its own box below. An empty box is that picture's own space — drop a picture into it, or click it to add that picture. A picture fills its box in place, and every filled box carries its own Delete button that takes off just that picture.

These are the card's real pictures. They show on the review screen and in the listing — the pictures a buyer sees on eBay. Tap the ✕ on a picture to take it off.
Raw card set: full front, full back, all 4 corner close-ups, edge views, and detail close-ups of the parallel and the card number.
Slab set is just 2: the front of the slab and the back of the slab. Missing either one is INCOMPLETE.
Crystals get pictures from every angle, plus Height, Weight, and Length (section 3).
Item category and store category
Sports cards go to Sports Singles; non-sport cards go to Non-Sport Singles, and CGC cards go to Non-Sport Singles too. The app pre-picks it, and your pick wins.

The whole listing, laid out flat
Everything a buyer listing needs, all on one screen — nothing hidden. Every part has an Edit button. After any edit, the checker runs again.
LIST IT runs the checker first. If anything fails, it does NOT post — the listing goes to Needs attention with the reasons. If it passes, your press posts it. Nothing ever posts on its own.

One price for this whole batch
Every listing this batch makes gets this one price — singles and lots alike. Set it before you start: a batch with no price can't list. It saves with the batch, like the other bulk settings.
Card names — filled in for you
The card names fill in by themselves from the pictures — there is nothing to type. Any card whose name could not be read is marked and waits in Needs Attention. Every one goes through the checker: finished ones land in the queue, the rest wait in Needs Attention with their reasons, ready for you to finish.

Pick the folder your scanner saves to. The pictures line up in name order and are grouped into cards — the first picture of each card is its front, and the main picture; the second is its back. Check the groups below, then press Start. Every card goes through the checker, like everything else.

🧺 Make a lot
Add each card below — you never type a list of names and prices. Tap Use the card on the Build screen and the card you scanned fills in its own name and price. Or tap Add a card by its picture and the name fills in from the picture. Check each row, fix anything, then tap Make the lot: the app builds ONE lot listing, the title says it is a lot, the description lists every card, and the price starts as all the prices added up. The lot waits in the hold queue like any other listing. Nothing is posted until you post it.
Hold queue
When ON, listings that pass every check post by themselves. Anything that fails a check waits in Needs Attention instead. Ships OFF. Only the app's owner can turn it on.
Submitting marks the item “Submitted” and moves it into the Library.
Needs attention
These listings did not pass the checker, so they were not put in the ready queue. Each one says exactly what is wrong. Fix it, then re-check.
Template maker
STORE PAGE
Your store name and your store link show in your header and your footer. They are saved with the template when you save the template.
Saving the template saves all of this — the header, the footer, the colors, the pictures and the store name and link. There is no separate save for the header or the footer.
Make a header and a footer once, name them, save them — then they go on every listing and every template. No redesigning for each listing. The pair you are USING NOW is marked; switch any time.
