Pre-selected feedback

Flashing lights
Each sound has its own switch too — look for “Claim deadline sound” and “Time to leave feedback sound” under Sounds and lights in these Settings. The lights and the sounds turn off separately: you can keep a light and stop its sound, or the other way around.

How does this app link to my eBay account?
It watches the packages from your eBay orders. Tracking goes up to the eBay order on its own when you print a label.
Does this app file claims for me?
No. It shows the claim deadline and the claim links. You file the claim yourself.
How do I file a claim with PIP for a lost package?
PIP (Parcel Insurance Plan) covers eBay Standard Envelope packages — up to $20 for one package, or $50 for packages combined. When a package never arrives, this app flags it when it is time to file and shows the last day to file. Lost packages and refunds you send wait together on the File a claim tab. Tap “File a PIP claim” on the package, or email claims@pipinsure.com, or call 1-800-325-7390. The way it works: the buyer gets refunded first, then you wait 30 days, and you must file within 90 days of the day the label was made. If you send a refund, tap “I sent the refund” on the package and the app will remind you to file the claim to get it back. PIP pays to your PayPal. Open the claim packet on the package to see — and print — everything the claim needs on one page, including the proof you need.
How does “Delete all my information” work?
Click “Delete all my information.” The app asks twice to be sure. Then it wipes the app's saved data and starts empty.
How much does it cost?
It is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. The first 7 days are free. One free trial per eBay store.
Can I start another free trial with a different account?
No — the free trial goes with your eBay store, not with one login. One free trial per store, for each app. If your store already had its 7 free days for an app, that app starts as a paid subscription.
Can it leave feedback for the sellers I bought from?
Yes. When a package has arrived — or never arrived — look for Leave feedback on that purchase and tap the dot for Positive, Neutral, or Negative. It uses your pre-selected words from Settings — or tap “Pick the words first” to choose your own — and it waits in the In queue until you press Submit. If you turn Auto feedback on, Auto picks Positive for you when you mark a package delivered, and the pick waits in your In queue for your double-check and your Submit. Neutral and negative always wait for your own press. You can also leave the same feedback for all of one seller's finished items at once — you see the list first and can leave any item out.
