Listing Ace โ€” AI Listing App for Crystals, Toys & Games
Not signed in Sign in

What this app does

Type in your crystal, toy, or game. Get a finished listing โ€” title, description, and price. Nothing posts until you press the button.

Crystals go on their own shelf, and their shipping is picked by their weight.

How it works

1. Pick Crystal, Toy, or Game, and type in the facts.

2. Check the title, description, and price, and add your pictures.

3. Click LIST IT when you are ready โ€” nothing posts until you click it.

Questions

What can I list with this app?

Crystals, toys, and games. Cards are not in this app โ€” cards have their own app.

What does a crystal listing need?

The crystal type, plus its height, weight, and length. It also needs at least 4 pictures, from every angle.

How does shipping work?

The app pre-picks a shipping job for each listing: under $20, $20 and over, or heavy or breakable. A crystal that weighs 1 lb or more uses the heavy or breakable job. You pick which policy each job uses in the Library, and you can change the pick on the listing.

How does โ€œDelete all my informationโ€ work?

It is in the Library. Click it and the app asks you twice. If you say yes both times, it wipes everything this app has saved โ€” your listings, your library, and your settings โ€” and starts empty. It cannot be undone.

How does it link to my eBay account?

When your eBay account links to this app, your store name, your store shelves, and your shipping policies come in on their own. Until then, you can type them in yourself in the Library.

Build it:
All on one page = the whole form on one long page โ€” scroll down and fill it all in. Step by step = one part at a time โ€” fill that part in, click Next โ–ถ to go on. Nothing else on the screen.

TITLE โ€” pick one: AI WRITTEN or HANDWRITTEN

AI written title:

Your title will show up here as you type.
0 / 80 characters

1. What kind of item is it?

This app is for crystals, toys, and games. Cards have their own Listing Ace app โ€” nothing card-shaped is listed here.

2. The card facts

4. Template and the description (the middle)

Your choice, per template: with auto-list ON for a template, clean listings made from it can post by themselves (the checker still runs first). OFF is the standard. This setting starts working once your store is connected for live posting.

This policy text prints inside the listing description, under the item description. Pick one per listing, or save it as part of your own template below.

A saved template keeps the footer picks AND the policy above together, so you don't have to change them every time โ€” the way eBay's templates work. Make as many as you want and name them what you want.

AI written is the standard. Pick "Write my own" to use your own words instead โ€” switching back to AI written rewrites it from the facts. Never type a web address in a description โ€” write the name in words instead โ€” and never the banned phrases. The checker watches for both.

5. Price and cost

โ€œWhat I paidโ€ and โ€œWhere it's storedโ€ are PRIVATE โ€” only the store can see them. They never appear in the title, the item details, or the description a buyer sees.

6. Pictures

๐Ÿ“ธ Drop pictures here
Drag pictures in and drop them โ€” or click here to pick them.

The first picture is the MAIN picture โ€” the big one buyers see. โ˜… Main makes a picture the first one; โ—€ โ–ถ move pictures in order.

These are the item's real pictures. They show on the review screen and in the listing โ€” the pictures a buyer sees on eBay. Tap the โœ• on a picture to take it off.

Raw card set: full front, full back, all 4 corner close-ups, edge views, and detail close-ups of the parallel and the card number.

OVERRIDE โ€” list it anyway with the pictures it has

7. Where it goes in your eBay store

No eBay category list is built into this app โ€” the box above is yours to fill in when you list, or leave it for now. Your store shelf (above) is the one the app tracks.

8. Shipping policy

The size comes with the policy โ€” set it once in the Library, under the policy's name. There is nothing to fill in here.

Same button as on the Review screen โ€” it's at the bottom of both, so you never have to hunt for it. It runs the checker first; if anything fails, it takes you to the Review screen and shows you why.
