Type or paste your eBay store address — that is the one way to link your store. Your address starts like the example in the box below. This app never asks for your eBay password.
Your email will open with your suggestion ready — you just press send there.
What's new
A suggestion box now lives on this Help screen — type your idea, click Send my suggestion, and your email opens with your words ready to send.
New: Miles driven — write down your driving, see your miles for the year, and find them on your tax report.

Video coming soon — I will add it here.
The fine print
Sales Ace: profit math is only as good as the fees and costs it can see — estimates, not tax advice.

What this app does
Adds up what you really made — after what the card cost, eBay's fees, and shipping.
Your profit stays counted as you sell — no adding it up by hand.
How it works
Link your eBay account — your sales flow in on their own.
Click a sale to open its invoice and see what you really made on it.
Look at your TRUE profit at the top — it stays counted as you sell.
Questions
How does this app link to my eBay account?
You sign in and link your eBay account. Your sales flow in on their own — you do not have to type them in.
What does “true profit” mean?
It is the sold price, minus what the card cost, minus eBay's fees, minus the shipping label cost. That is what you really made on a sale.
Is what I paid for a card private?
Yes. What you paid shows only on the invoice, and the invoice is marked private. It never shows in a listing, and buyers never see it.
How does “Delete all my information” work?
Click the “Delete all my information” button. The app asks you twice, to be sure. Then it wipes the data this app has saved and starts empty. It cannot be undone.
How much does this app cost?
You get 7 free days to try it. After that, it is $9.99 a month, or $99.99 a year. One free trial per eBay store.
Can I start another free trial with a different account?
No — the free trial goes with your eBay store, not with one login. One free trial per store, for each app. If your store already had its 7 free days for an app, that app starts as a paid subscription.
Can I add costs from other stores, like Amazon Business or Staples?
Yes. Down in Your business costs, use the store buttons to open your orders at Amazon Business or Staples. Then upload the list file, or type the cost in by hand. The app files each cost under the right expense category for you — and you can change the category any time.
Examples
See this app filled in with example sales and example costs, so you can see how everything works. Your own numbers stay yours — looking at the examples never changes or saves anything.
Examples by category — the same example sales and costs, broken down by store category:
Download this app
Use it right here in your browser, or download it as an app on your device — your pick.
On iPhone or iPad: tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen.”
In Chrome: open the menu, then tap “Install app” or “Add to Home screen.”
Your information stays on this device either way.
This helper answers from this app's own Help and Questions. A live helper you can talk with and type to arrives with the connected build.
Link my store
This app works with YOUR eBay store — it pulls in your store's information, and nobody else's.
Link your store by typing or pasting your store address — for example, https://www.ebay.com/str/yourstorename. This app never asks for your eBay password.
With accounts live, receipts save straight into a folder in YOUR Google Drive called "Sales Ace — Receipts," sorted by year and category the same way the app sorts them. Until then, the app keeps them on this device, and "Save a copy of my information" always includes them — nothing is ever trapped in the app.
eBay's tax form
Once a year, eBay sends you a tax form with your gross sales on it. Type that number here and Sales Ace puts its own number for the same year right beside it, so you can see if they match before you file.
Delete all my information wipes everything this app has saved and starts it empty. It asks first — twice. It cannot be undone.
Sample sales — these are example sales and sample costs so you can see how Sales Ace works. Your real sales and costs come in when your eBay account is connected.

Your sales
Newest first. Tap a sale to open its invoice.
Best sellers this month
Your top cards this month, by how many sold. Profit is the true profit for each card — the sold price minus what the card cost, eBay fees, and the shipping label cost.
Best sellers — by item
Ranked by how many times each item sold. Shows times sold and total taken in.
Best sellers — by store shelf
How many sold from each shelf, and the total taken in from that shelf.
Best sellers — by kind
What kind of item is selling — graded basketball, raw baseball, and so on. The kind is set on each sale's invoice.
Under your cost, over your cost
Your cost is what you paid for the item. This counts a sale only if you put what you paid in the private cost box on its invoice. Click a count to see those sales.
Sales month by month
This month next to last month, and every month before that in your sales.
Sales over time — week by week
How many sold each week, and the total taken in that week.
Sat the longest before selling
The sales that sat in your store the longest, from the day they were listed to the day they sold. The listed date is set on each sale's invoice.
Your business costs
The costs of running the store — shipping supplies, store supplies, and the like. These come off your sales to give you your TRUE profit.
The app remembers the store names you write, and offers them back next time.
The app picks this from what you bought. Change it if it picked wrong — your pick wins.
Have more costs to put in? Click the plus button to add as many rows as you need. Each extra row has a minus (−) button, so you can take away a row you added by mistake. When you click Add this cost, every filled-in row is saved.
Searches every cost, every year — by what you bought, the store, the category, the amount, or the year. Each result still shows whether its receipt is kept.
Add a receipt — take a picture, pick a file, or AirDrop it to this device and pick it. There is no limit — add a receipt to as many costs as you need. Tap this button and it goes to the next cost that still needs a receipt.
What eBay charged you for Promoted Listings. This amount comes off your TRUE profit at the top.
Bought it on eBay?
Lots of owners buy their store supplies right on eBay — envelopes, sleeves, tape. When your eBay is linked, your eBay purchases pull in here by themselves. Tap the ones that are store supplies, and each one becomes a cost above: what it was, where from (eBay), and what you paid. Nothing counts until you tap it, so a personal purchase never lands in your books by itself.
🧪 These are SAMPLE eBay purchases so you can try it — this app is not linked to a real eBay account yet. With eBay linked, your real purchases pull in here by themselves.
Get costs from another store
Open your orders at the store, download or copy the list, then upload it here — or type each cost into the form above.
Pirate Ship costs always file under Shipping cost.
Upload a list of costs
Pick a CSV file or a plain text file — like an order list from Amazon Business or Staples. Each line becomes a cost below. Check them, fix anything, then save them all at once. Nothing is saved until you press the save button.
Tax report
One clean page for your accountant: what you sold, what you really made, and where the money went. Pick the time span, then print it.
What you need to file
Pick a year and see everything for that year in one place: every cost sorted into its tax category, how many receipts are kept, and your miles. Print the year, or make the whole tax packet with the receipts behind it.
eBay's tax form lives in Settings.
Invoice
PRIVATE — only the store can see this. What you paid shows only here.
This only works if you put what you paid in the private cost box. If that box is empty, this can't tell you what was under or over your cost.
Tap any sale above to open its invoice here.
Miles driven
For product, for shipping, for supplies.
Write down your driving here. Your miles for the year show here and on your tax report. Miles are counted as miles only — they do not change your profit.
Tap here to start a new trip — fill in the date, the miles, and what the trip was for, then click Add this trip.
Track Ace
Another one of my apps that goes with this one — Track Ace watches every package behind your sales, and keeps your claim deadlines in front of you, so a late or lost package never slips past you.
$4.99 a month · $49.99 a year · 7 free days first. Find it on your Your Apps page.
