Questions
How does this app link to my eBay account?
Every thank-you goes through your own eBay account, in your name. You are the one sending it — this app just writes it and holds it for you.
Does it send on its own?
Only when you turn the Auto-send switch on. The switch starts OFF, and only you can turn it on. With it off, nothing sends until you press Send on each message.
What happens if there is a problem with an order?
The thank-you waits — it is held, not sent — and the order is flagged for you. Problem orders are never auto-sent. Take care of the problem first.
How does “Delete all my information” work?
Click the “Delete all my information” button below. The app asks you twice, to be sure. Then it wipes everything the app has saved, and the app starts empty. It cannot be undone.
How much does it cost?
You get 7 free days to try it. After that, it is $7.99 a month, or $79.99 a year. One free trial per eBay store.
Can I start another free trial with a different account?
No — the free trial goes with your eBay store, not with one login. One free trial per store, for each app. If your store already had its 7 free days for an app, that app starts as a paid subscription.
Templates — your exact words
These are the four approved templates, word for word. If you change any words, that template is marked "changed — needs your approval before use" until it is put back. Your words save as you type.
You are in charge of sending. Every message waits in the hold queue for your OK — unless you turn on Auto-send below. With Auto-send on, Buyer Ace sends the ready thank-yous for you. Flagged and problem orders are always held, never auto-sent.

Put the purchase in, and Buyer Ace builds its thank-you from your templates and your picks, checks it, and holds it in the queue below. Nothing here makes or prints anything — Buyer Ace only writes the thank-you and the positive feedback that go with a purchase.
New buyer or repeat buyer? Buyer Ace works that out on its own from your past orders — you never have to pick it.

Send this thank-you sends the premade thank-you. Edit changes the words first. Write my own replaces it with your own words. Delete skips it. Nothing sends without your press — unless your Auto-send switch is on.
